Welcome to Sarah Manchester Therapy, LLC.

My therapeutic goal is to compassionately assist my clients in uncovering their inherent health and well being. Life presents us with challenges and it is at these times when we often get lost in our pain and confusion. It is important to not lose ourselves here, but rather find the path forward. It is truly an honor to help guide my clients in finding their way forward to their individual path of healing.

Art therapy combines the use of art exploration and creative expression to assist in self expression. Ancient cultures expressed themselves through cave paintings thousands of years ago. In this sense, art therapy is a very old practice.

Our bodies are an important part of our psychology and healing process. As human beings, we get very attached to our heads and what our thoughts tell us and in general don’t listen as well to our bodies, yet our bodies have great wisdom.
